The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Through mentoring, we can help you to keep your medical appointments; help you gain a better understanding of your mental illness, find tools and develop strategies with you to reach and maintain recovery and overall wellbeing.
Social and Community Participation
Helping you to discover new passions and interests; supporting you to attend and take part in groups and activities.
Help with Daily Living
Help you to develop routines, tools and strategies to meet the demands of daily living.
Support you to meet tenancy obligations.
Budgeting and shopping.
Healthy eating and meal planning.
Support with daily/weekly planners
Spend time with you, and people important to you, to get to know you and understand your needs, developing a recovery-enabling relationship.
Coaching to increase recovery skills and personal ability, including motivation, strengths, resilience and decision-making
